Report indicating the last date a resource updated tasks via PWA

Question: Is there a way in Project Server 2007 to create a report or view
that would indicate the date an individual resources updated their assigned
tasks via PWA?

Background.

I am new to Project Server 2007 (and to this discussion group for that
matter). I have created a view for each team member to update Actual Start
Date, Actual Work and Remaining work. I need the team leads to be able to
look at a report or view by user, the task(s) and last update date via pwa
for that task.

Is your requirement specifically to identify the last date an assignment was
updated, or it is to identify those assignments which are falling behind
schedule ?

I'm not aware of how to implement the former. There is a [last update]
attribute, but only at the Project level.

The later can easily be achieved by viewing the [finish variance] for those
tasks finishing after the [baseline finish] date. Alternatively you could
find tasks that are < 100% complete and whose end date is < status date.
