Report is not showing duplicate names

help!

I have a report that prints out applicants by their last names. If I have
duplicate last names, i.e. Smith, only one of these names prints out on the
report. How do I fix this to show all duplicate names?

Duane Hookom

Add your primary key value to the last name in the reports sorting and
grouping. Something like:

=[LastName] & [ApplicantID]
