Report is previewing and printing only a small portion on one machine

I have had this error on the same machine in the past. Only the top and
left 2 or 3 inches of the report are showing and are magnifiied to fill the
whole screen. Zooming only zooms this particular area.

What is causing this? A distant developer does not get this result on their
machine.

Try googling for this. I seem to remember an explanation
about some kind of setting on the printer.

Thanks for helping with this. I've searched everywhere and cannot find
anything. Any ideas where you may have seen it.

Sorry, I tried to google for what I though might work, but I
didn't see anything about this problem. My memory on this
is very vague and what little I do remember was that it had
something to do with the way the printer was configured on
its own panel settings, not something you would control from
windows.

Sorry, I couldn't be more specific. If no one else jumps in
with something useful over the couple of days, try posting
again with a subject something like Second Post: report
characters are magnified.
