Report Issue - one-to-many table relationship

I have 2 tables that are related in a one-to-many relationship.

I created a report using the wizard that pulls records from the many side of
the relationship and it was working fine until I started change the look of
the report, font, colors, lines, etc. Now the report only shows 1 entry from
the "many side," can someone tell me what I coud have changed accidentally
that created this behavior.

Not sure what was changed (there are so many possibilities!)...

If you need your earlier version, you could restore from a recent backup
you've made (you are making backups, right?!), or you could use the wizard
again and re-create the report.
