The 22inches is only the length of the page in design. You can add sub
reports and set the Can Grow to yes (on the sub report) and this will get
everything you want into the report as the sub report(s) will grow as needed
to include all the data.

Thank you. The query I have asks for input to determine what to print. When
I use the sub report I must enter the printing requirement twice. How can I
get the sub report to use the same requirement entered on the report?

I take it you are running the report(s) based on more than one query.
Assumming that you are being asked for the "same" data prompt twice you could
remove the prompt from both queries - then create a new query and bring both
of the other 2 into this. Add all the fields required to run the report(s)
"includeing the data prompt" criteria and this use this new query to run the
report(s). You should not have to redo the report(s) as the names will not
have chached in thw query(s).
