Report not showing value in query, but primary ID in table

I have a report that is based off of a query that is created when I enter
information into a form. This query is basically a combination of different
tables. This query shows me the data I want, and I do not reference any
priomary keys. The report I have created from this query does not show me
the values that show up in the query, but the primary key of the original
tables. How can I have my report show the values that are in the query and
not the primary kys of those values in the original table?

Add controls to your report and set each of their control sources to the
field you want to display.
