Report of projects / artifacts with last modified date

Is there any simple way to get a list of projects and the corresponding
artifacts [Risks, Issues, Documents] alongwith the date last modified?

This could be done with SQL Reporting Services (SRS). Whether that qualifies
as "simple" depends on your ability to use SRS.
