1) Take a new blank project and build the resources you are interested in to
the team from the Build Team from Enterprise. There is no need to save the
project to the server
2) If you are in MSPS 2003 go to View>Reports
If you are in MSPS 2007 go to Report>Reports
3) Select "Custom" reports
4) Select "Who Does What" near the bottom of the list and click "Edit..."
5) Go to the "Details" tab and check the "Calendar" box under "Resource",
you can enable borders and gridlines as well which will help with the
viewing of the data.
6) Click "OK"
7) Click "Preview"
8) Click "Print"

This will show you, by resource, all the working and non working times as
well as all exceptions based on the resources base calendar and also the
resource's exception calendar if you modified it at all. You can tell at
the top next to each resource's name if the calendar was modified. It will
say "unmodified [name of base calendar]" or 'modified [name of base
calendar]

Hope this helps.
