Report on update history via Reporting Services

I want to write a report in SQL Reporting Services which shows how many
updates submitted, by whom, per day, over a particular time period. I know
that there is a visible update history under task updates in PWA but don't
know where to retrieve that data from in the databases. Can anyone point me
in the right direction?

Look in the published database at the MSP_Assignments_Transactions. It
should have the information you need.
