Report Preview, Print Error

I have a report that is a balance due letter. The letter, indicates what
the current payment amount was. This information is obtained from the
payment entry form.

If I have the form set to acnormal, the form is printed as expected with no
errors.

If I have the form set to acPreview, the form is displayed as expected with
no errors, however, if I choose to print the letter, I get the following
error displayed in the payment amount field "#Name?"

Any ideas what is causing this problem?
