Report preview with a usable hyperlink

Can a report be made that includes a hyperlink that is usable(opens the
selected file when clicked on) in the report preview window? If so please
provide directions. Thanks.

No. reports are pieces of paper. They are not interactive.

Access Data Pages can do this. Or a form can be built to do this.
