Report printing random extra record seperator lines

I have several reports that use a horizontal line (box) to seperate each
record when it prints. I am getting a 'double' seperator line at random
intervals on my report. A page may contain 20 records, each with a seperator
line. All do not 'double' up.

I am using Access 2003 and an HP Office Jet 7410 printer.

Is it possible that some of those "double" separator lines represent blank
records?

No, it is not blank records. I made two changes at the same time. I have
noticed this problem since then.

1) I upgraded to Office 2003
2) I installed a new printer, HP Officejet 7410
