Report prints to wrong printer.

Good day,
Scenario: An Access 2000 database resides on a network
server and contains reports that are accessible by
everyone. Also networked are a number of printers. I am
the administrator for this database and my area printer is
located on the 11th floor. There have been several
instances where employees located on different floors
attempt to print reports from the database, and these
reports end up being printed on the 11th floor instead of
the ones located on their floors. This is in spite of the
fact that the 11th floor printer is NOT listed as an
available printer on their printer list(s). I have even
seen an employee verifying that his default printer was
selected, but the report printed on the 11th floor.
This problem has only surfaced since conversion of the
database from Access 97 to Access 2000.

Has anyone seen this behavior and able to help me?
Thank you for your time.

Open the report in design view and check the setting in File, Page Setup,
Page tab. Perhaps the report is set to 'Specific printer' rather than
'Default Printer'.
