Report problem

When I go to bulid a report, it tels me that "The wizard is unable to create
your report." Any ideas what the problem might be. This is Access 2003.

Sounds like a bad install, or a corrupted DLL, or lack of all the updates
(go to Office Update from Windows Update). You may have to reinstall Office
2003.

It is fully updated.

I reloaded and it does the same thing.
