Report sections where you want them

Hi

I am trying to print invoices for a customer.
I put my totals in the page footer - they don't come out. I get
#Error.
Move it to Report Footer, totals come out OK, but the whole lot is in
the wrong place, i.e. half way up the page.
So, I definitely want my totals in the page footer.
How do I get the results to come out here.
I guess it is something to do with sorting and grouping.
I guess this is part of the trouble with these packages that try to do
everything for you. They do it badly.

I don't think so. But I just put some totals in the page footer and in
the report footer and they come out allright, so I don't know what
your problem, sorry.

Yes, you should print your invoices in assembler. Assembler doesn't
try to do everything for you, and it does it not badly.

In Access try and enlarge vertically the Report Footer and put the
total fields at the bottom of it. Where they exactly appear will
always depend from the number of lines, but in general it is possible
to find a satisfactory tradeoff. Also it is not necessary for the
totals to stay in the very last line of the page. Something in between
is OK.
