Is it possible when I email a report as a snapshot for the
recipient to open it and see just my report and NOT all the
previous?
We are using win2000 and office 2000

What do you mean by all the previous?

If you email a snapshot report they will only see the report . ..

When we open the snapshot it opens with report/form # 1 and
we have to use the arrows in the bottom of the snapshot to
get to report/form for example #20.

You need to filter the report so it only has the record(s) you want when
you create the Snapshot file.

The process we follow is:
We complete a form, email it using a command button which
sends a report as a snapshot.
At what stage exactly you would place the filter..would you
place it in the properties of the command button?
