My query shows 9 records based on field [Date Written Report Sent]
What do I need to change to show all 9 records on the form. I have sorting
and grouping twice for Date Written Reports Sent. Once to show the month of
the date that was entered and the next one to show the exact date that is
entered on a form.
The month sorting is set to group on Month and the other one set to each
value. The months show correctly but if the same day is entered the sorting
for that one only shows one for that day 08/11/04. My report only shows 7
records and not 9 since there should be 3 for 08/11/04.
Any ideas what needs to be changed to shows all entries for the same date?
