I have a report that has been working several years in 97 2000 2002. My
client recently installed 2003 and now under certain circumstances it fails.
I tested it in my 2003 and they are correct. I have tried repair, and even
decompile. It does not work properly in 2003 but does in 2002.
The report groups on department numbers and in the department footer I have
a subform that is a continuous form that does not work if there are multiple
department. In other word as long as only one dept is assigned to the
billing number it works, but if there are multiple depts. Then the subform
is empty. The data is in the underlying queries, but does not show. It acts
as if the subform can't find the reports ID. I also blew away, the subform,
re attached it in 2003. It did not work in 2003, but when I opened it in
2002. It works properly (properly being the way I want it to work.
Any suggestions?
Is there a way to search this forum to find if this is an old known problem?
