Report/Subreport Help Needed

Hi, I was hoping I could get some help on a problem I am having with creating
a report in Access. Basically Im trying to arrive at a report that will sum
expenses of each salesperson by region , by sales person per account number,
but here's were I need the help. I need it to show current month in one
column and then Year to date in another beside it..
The grouping i have curretnly is by region, then by salesperson. I belive I
have 5 different account #'s that I would like to see displayed from left to
right with their totals, rather than from top to bottom. I cant seem to
figure this one out, can anyone possibly suggest a solution. Thank you in
