Report time in time-sheet, the task don't appear

Hi!

We've been using Project server/Professional and Outlook in the las 2 moths.
We are using internally and we are going to sell to customers, but we have a
serious problem related to the report time.

Everytime we had a project and we assign tasks to the resources, the
resources receive the mail they can receive in outlook, but in outlook in the
project web tab they cannot fill the time in the days because the line of the
task doen't appear and in project web access in the tab tasks they don't
appear also... But the resources can view in the projects tab the assignment.

What can we do??

Thanks for the help, we are a little desesperate.
