Report to web - link to url located in another field

This is probably a rather simple problem to resolve. I have a report that I'm
writing to html and posting on the web. I need to display one field but the
url link is stored in another. How do I go about writing the command to
display field one but onclick link to the other field. Please note this is a
report.
