Report using label wizard doesn't sort correctly

Newly created records are sorted separately from existing records that were
imported into my original database. They sort fine on any report except the
labels.

Open your label report in design view.

Open the Sorting and Grouping dialog (View menu).

Specify the field(s) to sort by, one per row.
