I have a report in Access 2003 that uses data from a linked Excel 2003 file.
My 'size' field can contain numbers or text (M, L, XL, etc). All number sizes
appear in my report but the text data does not. I researched and changed the
MaxScanRows to 0 but the problem persists.
I had to re-install Access after a bout with IE7 screwed it up. Before that
it would show text sizes but not numbers so I modified the numbers with an
'*' to make it read as text. This procedure does not work now with text in
the size field.
Suggestions? Permanent cures? Much thanks for a solution!
