Report with dats plus additional line for entry.

I need to create a report that will bring up names in a group but will also
generate areas for additional entries that can be manually written in of
people not yet in the database. ie contestants already singed up have there
names available to print on form but new contestants will have to write their
name in.

Any and all help appreciated!!!

You can add a report footer with controls like:

New Names sign below

I tried that but it put the lines to far down the page... any other
suggestions?
