If you want NO shortcut menu at all, you can use Van Dinh's method of puttin
=-1 in the ShortcutMenu property of your report. However, if you want your
users to have some shortcut menu choices, then you will have to create a
custom menu.
1. Tools > Customize > New
2. Give the toolbar a name.
3. Click the Properties Button
4. Select PopUp in the Type field.
5. Click OK on the message that comes up. (NOTE: The new tool bar will no
longer show up on the Customize list of toolbars.)
6. Add the new toolbar as the Shortcut menu for your report.
