Report Wizard in fact no reports work

Hi

I am using access 2003 with the latest (Jet) security
pack installed.

Whilst I am allowed to design a report, at the very end I
get the message " cannot creat report" no other
explination other than that

Then I tried the Report wizard and zero, nada, zilch it
won't even start.

All other wizwards and designs woek okay in all other
areas.

Any ideas
