Report won't open - in either view or design mode

Hey,

Access 2003 on XP Pro.

I have a db I've been using for a long time and today I can't open the
reports, in anyway using any method. VBA won't do it and dbl clicking on the
reports doesn't work.

I get a
"Run-time error '2501':
The OpenReport action was canceled."
when using VBA, but when I dbl click it doesn't do anything.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Check and make sure you have a default printer assigned to the computer.

If you do, try assigning (at least temporarily) a different printer as the
default printer.

If I change my default to the printer down stairs, it works (my old printer)
if I change it back to the one up here, it doesn't (my new printer).

And that's only on this computer. ON my other one, I left it alone on the
new printer and it works.

Any ideas or explanations besides "The printer hates me?"

Thanks.

CHeck the version of the printer driver on the two computers. As a guess they
are different and you will need to (as a guess) update the driver on the
computer that is having the problem.
