Aubrey, the easiert way to do this is using the Project Center. You can
filter using the Filter option. Once yuou have the list of Project you can
even export them into Excel. This may be the best way.

of the top of my head, I would create a filter for a date and then export it
to Excel. From Excel you can have additional filters like "Date + 30 days".

Firstly you have to define a project level field which will hold the
desired finish date (Could use baseline finish). Then suggest you set
up a typical RAG indicator (within schedule Green, within 30 days
Amber, over 30 days Red). You can then sort or filter on these
indicators.
