Please be more specific.
What fields have to be displayed? What criteria would you use to select the
records to be printed?
Many reports are available "out of the box" from Project. They are,
unfortunately, fixed so you cannot modify the columns which are report but
you do have some control over the format of printed output.
If those reports do not meet your requirements, you can create your own
reports using VBA. The underlying data structures are well documented.
