How do I report a bug in Microsoft Office Visio Professional 2003

To clarify, by "bug" I mean the consistent failure of an existing feature to
produce the expected behavior described in the software documentation (i.e. a
print command erroneously printing only the last line of a document if the
first line contains a backslash character).
