Reporting counterfeit copies

Where do I report counterfeit copies of Office 2007?
I purchased a copy thru ebay last May and it installed, validated, updated
and worked flawlessly until the first week of September. After and update, it
was flagged as counterfeit, etc. The packaging and disks appeared to be the
real deal. ALL of the flags passed until the IT man where I work found the
label on top of the disks. Paypal would not get involved as over 45 days had
passed.
I ordered another copy thru bizsoftshop.com on what I thought was a 48 hour
special. The special has lasted several weeks now. I checked the new package
(mailed from China) and sure enough, it is also counterfeit. I contacted the
vendor and they sent me another key!
So, except for reporting it to the IC3.gov, where can I report it to
Microsoft so they can get involved?

Nothing to report on your mistake . Saving money over a real Retail version is not
worth it. Go to a reputable store and purchase a real copy. As they say 'you get
what you pay for"
