We have had to cancel some stuck save/publish jobs in the queue. They were
restarted and ran successfully. However, I notice Reporting DB work hrs for
these projects do not match the project works hrs as they appear when this
project (published) is launched with Office Project 2007 . Other projects
that did not have queue problems have the work hrs match perfectly.
I suspect the cancelled jobs is the problem. Is there a best practice or
suggested steps to re-run these save/publish jobs so that the reporting DB is
updated correctly.
