Reporting from Groove Tool

I have created a tool based upon the issue tracker and would like to be able
to create a customised report using the tool data. Does anyone know how I can
do this?

Are there any other solutions/suggestions? I have e-mailed Mark (no reply),
tried the infopatterns web site (product not found for the download) and also
tried Hyperoceanic (site errors). There must be a way to get the information
onto a simple report - so near and yet so far!!!
