I need to be able to have a resource, or resources, update
tasks in the PWA, and have the e-mail notification go to
team leads. I then need team lead approval to go to the
Project Manager, or at least have the Project Manager have
visibility of the changes going on within each team.
Also, what group do the changes go to for approval?

Buzz:

The answers and possibilities differ somewhat between 2002 and 2003
versions. Assuming you're using 2002, you can activate this type of work
flow by implementing the Team Lead default group in Project Server. Project
Managers first assign the tasks to the Team Leads and the Team Leads use the
delegation feature in the View My Tasks page to push the various assignments
to the team members selecting the become the lead option. The system then
automatically routes the updates to the team lead first, then it routes them
to the project manager for final update into the plan.
