Reporting (Project Publish) - Failed But Not Blocking Correlation

Dear all,
I am continuosly receiving this error when I am publishing projects to the
server, this is not blocking but is generating mails to project managers
creating disappoint and calls to me, someone know yet this issue?
Configuration:
Project server 2007 on top of Server 2003 Enterprise R2 with sharepoint
services 3.0 and shared services installed.
All the workstations connect to the server with project professional 2007
english
the server is english to.
