Reporting services with Project Srv 2007

Does anyone have any experience how to aggregate data from Portfolio Server
2007 and Project server 2007 on single Reporting Services report? It is easy
to pull
out data for Project Server reporting database but I am not able to find any
user data in Portfolio Server database (like Business need, Project Initiator
etc.). Where should I look for this data? Is end user data (except Portfolio
server configuration data) even stored in SQL database? If it is, can
somebody help me which database it is.

I havn't tried it with PPS in the mix. As you say its quite easy using the
reporting database to pull your data.

What I would do in your situation is to do a search on the actual business
need, project initator, etc string in your PPS db. You will need a search
procedure such as the one below.

I found data I need. It is far away from simplicity of PS Reporting DB, but
at least data is accessible
