I am using MOSS2007 and project server 2007. Now I want to user sql server
reporting services. Is there any tutorial or step-by-step article which
explains how to setup reporting services and create reports?

Ashish, there are many book available for reporting services. Try your luck
on amazon.com and you will find many reporting services books.
