Reporting time

I have a table with departments, dates, and the respective
regular, overtime and double time hours. I would like to
generate a report which looks like this:

9/25 9/26
Reg OT DB Reg OT DB
Dept1 10 5 5 20 2 0
Dept2 25 0 4 12 2 2

Can someone help me out?
