Reports are not displayed Win 2003

Hello,

We tried to open up an existing report on a Win 2003 TS and report somehow
is not displayed. The same report works on any other machine but not on that
machine. Having researched the situation we reinstalled all Access
components, and still could not eliminate the problem. It seems like the
problem stems from the printer drivers. Once the user changes the default
printer from HP LaserJet to Office Image Writer, reports show up! User then
can print the report and send the output to the HP Printer, but as you would
agree changing the default printer back and forth is time consuming and not
desirable.

Anyone else experienced this problem? Any solution other than the workaround
mentioned above?

Thanks

The Terminal Server needs to have a separate folder for EACH user with the
Front-end of the database only in it. You have to configure the report to
print on the default printer and then each user's default printer (for
Terminal Server) will print properly. Shared use of files on a Terminal
Server often leads to corruption.

Thanks,
But the file is already in a folder, and the report is designed to print on
the default printer. Weird thing is once the default printer is changed(
from settings screen), access renders the report, otherwise it will not...
