I am having a problem (on a regular basis) with printing reports. The
problem is that the print button will not function. When you go to click on
the print button, it will not do anything. It does not appear to have been
clicked and nothing is printed. Also, when you right click on the report,
and then click print, the print window that shows you that it is printing and
what is printing will come up but it will appear to freeze. This does not
happen all the time. I repair and compact on a regular basis. This data
base only has 3,200 records. I don't understand what the problem is and why
it doesn't happen all the time. This happens when in “print preview†and
“design view†of the report.
Also, I have created a form that is used for these reports, and the queries
use the data needed for the reports from the 4 unbound fields on the form,
(BeginningDate, EndingDate, Team, Processor). Then below that I have buttons
for viewing each report, and next to each view report button, I have a print
report button. The print report button does not work either - it does the
same thing as the system generated print button that is present when viewing
the report, as described above. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
