Reports:Printing:Transparent Chart Overlaying another chart

I am trying to print the contents of a chart overtop of
another chart.
I have set the top chart's Back Style to transparent.
Print preview looks fine.
Printing to a black and white printer is fine.

Printing to a color printer - the top chart appears as a
large black area.
