Reports wider than normal - HP ZoomSmart Problem ?

Hi

We have a bunch of reports in an Access XP application that generally work
fine but we have 2 clients that have noticed the reports print much wider
than normal when printed on certain HP printers - these printers have
drivers which include HP's ZoomSmart technology - has anybody else noticed
this problem ?

The reports are not being printed as designed - they are being printed with
way bigger fonts than intended.

The client is flipping out.

Any ideas ? Anybody else had this ?
