reports

hi, I'm very new to Access and Databases in general.

I have a form which is built from a query. What I would
like to do is put the fields on that form into a report
and then preview and print that report, for the record
which is diplayed on screen.

What is the best way to do this? I have a letter already
but it is in word and I was wanting the Database to put
all the fields in and print it.
