Hi,
I have a few questions and I am hoping someone would be able to help me out
here.
1. I send out the same email to same individual on a regular schedule. All
attachments are always the same files (modified during each send). I am
using Exchange Server and Outlook 2003. Is there a way to set it up so these
emails go out automatically every week with the most recent attachment?
Attachment file names never change, just the content.
2. I understand there is no real way to share contacts and calendar using
Outlook 2003 without having Exchange server. Here is what I am thinking of:
- Each user having their data in PST files.
- Create another PST on a shared location.
- When a user needs to share, he runs a script that will import & export
between local PST and the shared PST.
- When another user needs to update their data, they run the same script to
import & export the changes with the pst file on the shared location.
- This will make sure that the shared PST is only in use when someone is
actively doing import/export.
Any ideas how to go about creating this script?
Thank you.
