Windows XP, Word 97

I have been given a Word doc and when I scroll through it, at one page, it
pops up a window that says "The dimensions after resizing are too small or
too large". There's only one option to click - "OK". Also, this window
appears only once after opening the document. If I click OK, and then scroll
by the same page, the window does not pop up. If I close the document and
open it again, the window pops up when I scroll by the same page.
I found the following URL regarding this :

but I'm not able to figure out how to fix it, since I do not have a <HR> tag
in the Word doc.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, and knows how to fix it? Any help
will be much appreciated.
