Repy Options not available on Outlook 2007 moved to new PC

Hi Wise Ones,
I have just bought a new laptop and used PCMover to transfer programs to it.

Outlook runs ok and has updated the various folders including Imap.

However I am unable to reply to any messages as the 'Reply' buttons are
inactivated.

The 'Help'index shows that the product believes itself to be 'Activated'.

All suggestions are very welcome.

Youve tried Office Diagnostics?

Run office diagnostics first as the mover programs aren't always a good
substitute for installing fresh. Then try to activate it - moving it to new
hardware should require a reactivation.
