Use google.com and search for ost2pst. If that doesn't work for you and you
still have access to an exchange server, you can do the following.

1) Create a new profile and configure it for offline folder usage
2) Logon to the new profile and get it to sync one time
3) Close Outlook
4) Break network connection
5) Replace OST in new profile with the OST you need to access
6) Start Outlook in offline mode
7) Export the items to a PST

Boy, that's a nice collection of TLAs [1]

In addition to Neo's advice - if you have an "orphaned" OST file, and cannot
open it in the profile for which it was created while offline, you will need
www.exchangerecovery.com

Unfortunately exchange recovery is too rich for my blood . $599.00!!!!

No luck with OST2PST either.

As I don't have access to an Exchange Server, any more suggestions?

TKS.

as far as i know, there isn't anything left to offer since it was pretty
much covered from 3rd party and what you could do on your own. Know anyone
that has access to an Exchange server and Outlook can can do the conversion
for you via the steps I supplied?

OST2PST is the old name of the utility that has been purchased by the
ExchangeRecovery folks, who know they have people over a barrel. It
definitely ain't cheap. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other method -
I'd google for it.

....note that if the OP has an 'orphaned' OST file already, connecting it to
another Exchange server is not gonna help as it won't work there, just for
the mailbox/profile for which it was originally created :-(
