Request Read Receipt menu button?

When writing a new e-mail, you can select Options
| "Request a read receipt for this message"

Is there a way to create a button that will automatically
check this box when the button is clicked? I don't want to
request a receipt for all messages, so I don't want to
have that as the default action.
