Request virus scan

when I open any ms word document it "request virus scan" and the
system is blocked for a very long time. I run Kraspersky antivirus
and Microsoft Office XP Small Bussines Edition on a Windows XP. How
can I resolve the problem???!

Open Microsoft Word.
Click "Help"
Search for "macro virus protection"
That should tell what you need.
