Requied VB for Applicaiton 6.0

Hi,
I tried to install Package & Deployment wizard, with
Office 2000 Developer Tools software, I inserted Disk 2
CD, but the system prompt " Requires Visual Basic for
Application 6.0.....". I already instlled Office 2000
Premium (with everything inside the CD). I even installed
Micorsoft Visual Basic 6.0, still the Developer Tool won't
allow me to install the Deployment wizard.
Is there a way to work around? Or anything I'm missing.
